Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Adcocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To modify the condition No.1 imposed on 26.11.2025 in Cr.M.P.No.3885 of 2025 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.3885 of 2025, dated 26.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a licensed quarry proprietor and the petitioners are no way connected in the said allegations. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners had illegally transported M-sand without any transit pass. He further submitted that no previous cases are pending against the petitioners.

4. Considering the fact that no previouse cases are pending against the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in Cr.M.P.No.3885 of 2025, dated 26.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall provide wooden chairs to the value of Rs. 20,000/-for the use of the Court in Virudhunagar District and the time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for complying the said condition.
