O R D E R

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14752 of 2020 dated 15.03.2022, wherein this Court has directed the respondents Transport Corporation to disburse various amounts to the writ petitioner with regard to the implementation of seventh pay commission and pay interest at 18% p.a. till date of final settlement.

2. The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that this Court by an order dated 15.03.2022 directed the authority to settle the eligible benefits within three months and the entire benefit has been released except the payment of interest for the belated disbursement of benefits. He further submits that with regard to the interest, he would initiate an independent proceedings.
