ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18138 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the distance between the respondent police and the Chinthamanipatti Police Station is more than 40 kilometers, therefore, the petitioner is not able to comply with the said condition. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18138 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall appear and sigh before the Chinthamanipatti Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
