ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.20530 of 2025 dated 08.11.2025.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 17 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only for 17 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.20530 of 2025 on 08.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.20530 of 2025 on 08.11.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 09-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, Palaviduthi Police Station, Karur.
