ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.20611/2025 dated 27.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been taken into custody by the respondent police and he prays modify of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this petition may be allowed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that since the petitioner has already been taken into custody by the respondent police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.20611/2025 dated 27.11.2025 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
