ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.07.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.27378 of 2022 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request for issuance of patta was rejected by the respondent vide proceedings dated 22.12.2025 on the ground that, in respect of the subject property, a suit in O.S.No.16 of 2025 and I.A.No.2 of 2025 are pending before the Sub Court, Keeranur.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, if she is so aggrieved.
