ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for complying with the order passed by this Court dated 27.11.2025.

2. By order dated 27.11.2025, this Court imposed a condition on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1 Crore. However, it is represented that the petitioner has deposited Rs.50 lakhs. Since the petitioner was arrested, he could not mobilize the balance amount of Rs.50 lakhs. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking one month's time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has surrendered his mobile phone to the prosecution. Since the petitioner is not able to contact other persons, he seeks permission for the prosecution to transfer the contents, including contacts, from his mobile phone. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make an application for transferring the contacts and other necessary details from his mobile phone. Upon such application, the respondent police is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of submission.
