This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue joint Patta in favour of the petitioner's principal namely Mahaletchumy and her brother namely Jayashankar by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that apart from the petitioner and another to whom the petitioner seeks a joint patta, other siblings of the petitioner have right over the property. The said aspect can only be adjudicated only before the competent civil Court. Needless to say, any rival claims by the siblings of the petitioner shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
