ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering into his running of textile business as GUNA Textiles in T.Ramanathapuram, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, under the guise of exercising his powers.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that enquiry with respect to the third respondent's complaint has already been completed in CSR.No.82 of 2025 and closed on 26.09.2025 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.
