ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2025 in Crl.MP. (MD).No.13554/2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1096/2024. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is abiding the said condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition. (3)The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also affirmed the compliance of the conditional order by the petitioner, till date. (4)Heard both sides.

(5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 10.10.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified.

(6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
