The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11706 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to pay the interest at 6% p.a on the belated payment of the retirement benefits commencing from the date of retirement, till the date of actual disbursement.

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
