This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the case as per the direction in Crl.M.P.No.2892 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur, dated 23.09.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur, Page No. 2 of 5

vide order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2892 of 2025 to the first respondent to register the case against the respondents 3 to 9. However, the same has not been complied with by the first respondent. Hence, the present petition came to be filed.

3.In view of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur, dated 23.09.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.2892 of 2025, forthwith. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
