2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in Paragraph No.4 of the order, it is mentioned that S.C.No.78 of 2022 is pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai. However, the case is pending before the Additional District Court, Sivagangai.

3. In view of the above said facts, Registry is directed to delete Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai and insert Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, in Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 11.12.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
