PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent herein e-auction dated 12.09.2025 is illegal and quash the same and further proceedings of the 1st respondent issued sale certificate in favour of the 2nd respondent dated 22.10.2025 in Doc.No.1997 of 2025 is illegal and quash the same and consequential direction to directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2013 under one time settlement scheme. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed challenging the sale certificate issued in favour of the 2nd respondent, pursuant to the action taken against the petitioners for their default in payment of the loan amount.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that by collision, highly worth property being sold in an auction for pretence and the

successful bidder is a politically powerful person and therefore, the sale certificate is to be set aside.

3. This Court, on perusal of the record, finds that the petitioners, who are defaulters since 1999, evading the recovery by all means. Finally, brought the property for sale through e-auction and got it sold. This Court finds no merit to interfere in the impugned order. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
