Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action based on the representation dated 07.11.2025, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action based on the representation dated 07.11.2025, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that admittedly, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The allegation against the 4th respondent is that he has taken away the petitioner's bike. If the said 4th respondent is using the petitioner's bike for any illegal activities, the petitioner would be put behind bars. Therefore, the petitioner is apprehending that the 4th respondent shall not use the petitioner's bike.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already, the petitioner has given a letter seeking to withdraw the complaint. But the petitioner submitted that the same was taken by force. 4.Therefore, the official respondents are directed to reopen and conduct the enquiry regarding the bike. If any criminal offence is made out, proper proceedings may be initiated.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
