Heard Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 413 days in representing the criminal revision case against the order passed by the learned Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.A.No.111 of 2003, dated 25.07.2024, and confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli in C.C.No.12 of 1995, dated 08.08.2003.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 413 days in representing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
