Number 48 CE/DO/2025-26/ dated 18.11.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and in the alternate to direct the 1st respondent to accept the tender documents to be uploaded by the petitioner without insisting for the production of work site visit certificate with respect to the E-Tender Notice Number 48 CE/DO/ 2025-26/ dated 18.11.2025.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent for issuance of Work Site Visit Certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in Sl. No.3 Construction of New Government Industrial Training Institute Building at Nanjoor in Pudukottai District of the E-Tender Notice Number 48 CE/DO/2025-26/ dated 18.11.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the petitioner has visited the site on 03.12.2025, Work Site Visit Certificate has not been issued by the second respondent. Hence the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has received written instructions to the effect that in case if the petitioner visits the site along with Public Work Department officials, he would be issued with Work Site Visit Certificate.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make a Work Site Visit on 06.12.2025. The respondent authorities are directed to co-operate with the writ petitioner and issue relevant certificate forthwith.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
