(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) The Petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider his representation, dated 07.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2.The representation of the Petitioner is to the effect that the land allotted for park in Ward No. 28, Uthangudi, Madurai Corporation has now been encroached by a Private Hospital for parking their vehicle. Therefore, to remove the encroachment and to prevent parking of vehicle in the park by the hospital authorities, the representation has been submitted. 3.The Assistant Commissioner of Madurai Corporation has filed a counter affidavit stating that there is no trespass or encroachment in the public park at S.No.49 in Uthangudi Village, Maduai and that the hospital authorities are not parking 2/5

the vehicles inside the park. It is further stated that the park is situated at south-west of S.No.49 at Ayyanar Koil Street, whereas, S.Nos.50 and 47 are patta lands, which in possession of private parties.

4.Recording the statement of the Assistant Commissioner, Madurai Corporation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
