The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District.

2. It is seen from the records that the matter was referred to mediation. The learned counsel on either side would submit that the parties entered into a compromise and on that basis, an agreement came to be reached. The Mediation Centre attached to this Bench submitted a mediation report along with settlement agreement, wherein, both the parties had agreed to apply and obtain divorce by mutual consent.

3. In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
