ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned trial court to dispose the case in C.C.No.391 of 2025 pending 1/4

on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram within the time framed fix by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Crime No.466 of 2024 has been registered and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.391 of 2025. Due to the delay, the petitioner is suffering mental agony and hardship. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No. 391 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
