ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to grant necessary permission to erect and unveil the bronze statue of Thiru. Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar in petitioner's land in S.No. 361/16A to an extent of 0.0017 Sq.meter at Dombucheri Village, Bodinaickanur Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 10.11.2025 seeking permission to erect and unveil the bronze statue of Thiru. Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar in the petitioner's land in S.No. 361/16A measuring to an extent of 0.0017 Sq.meter at Dombucheri Village, Bodinaickanur Taluk, Theni District. 2/4
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid relief has been sought for by the petitioner, now, he confines the prayer that it would suffice if the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 is disposed of in accordance with law.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
