This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 160 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.10,990/- in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.52596 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
