ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 re-issue/renew the petitioners passport bearing No.N2314166 by processing the petitioners application in File No.MD1075974719725 in accordance with law."

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that a criminal case is pending as against the writ petitioner in S.C.No.389 of 2023 on the file of the Sessions Mahila Court, Madurai.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court, seeking the permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order to be passed by the learned trial Court, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
