This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Illuppur in Crime No.168 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Illuppur by way of efiling in No.LTN20220002238C202500314 on 07.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
