2. Since the petitioner had agreed to settle the issue, this Court granted interim bail to the petitioner and referred the matter to mediation. However, it is submitted that the petitioner has not settled the amount and that the mediation has failed.

3. Considering the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 10.12.2025 is hereby vacated, and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the respondent police forthwith.
