O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioners land comprised in survey Nos.711/3C, 711/4B, 742/1A2A, 742/1A3A, 742/3 and 743/1A, situated at Ullikottai, Vedasandhur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 consequently direct the 4th respondent to provide necessary police protection while conducting survey by the 2nd and 3rd respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the 4th respondent, notice is dispensed with. 2/5
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been made for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
