O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to secure and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu is aged about 24 years and he is a habitual offender. That apart, now he is absconding at the hands of the second respondent in pursuant to the registration of the FIR in Cr.No.237 of 2025 for the offence under NDPS Act. In the meanwhile, in pursuant to the registration of the FIR in Cr.No.424 of 2025, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Manikandan Police Station, Trichy District, the detenu was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 09.12.2025 and he is now confined at Central Prison, Trichy.
