Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD)No.16662 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 passed by this Hon'ble court directing the petitioner to report daily before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.16662 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 24 days and that one previous case is pending agains the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 24 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.16662 of 2025 on 17.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.16662 of 2025 on 17.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week, every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
