O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.8814 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.704 of 2024 dated 05.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 05.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 Town Police Station, Dharmapuri, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that because of the stay of the petitioner at Dharmapuri, his livelihood is very much affected and he has been complying with the conditions of this Court till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 Town Police Station, Dharmapuri, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
