O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to produce the detinue before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu is aged about 26 years. Since the detenu was missing, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Mattuthaveni police station and the same has been registered in Cr.No.595 of 2025 under 'Woman Missing'. Thereafter, the detenu herself present before the Mattuthavani police station and has made a statement that she doesn't want to go with the petitioner since she felt unsafe with the custody of the petitioner herein. Further, she wants to stay away from her house. The petitioner also appeared before the Mattuthavani police station and made a statement that she wants to

withdraw the complaint since the detenu doesn't want to stay with the petitioner and she is staying in hostel.

3. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed. It is also seen that the petitioner did not even whisper about the complaint lodged before the Mattuthaveni Police station and completely suppressed the said fact and filed this petition.
