ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.MP(MD)No.16328 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12986 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he is restrained from entering into the Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, and since his house is situated in Kothamangalam village, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is restrained from entering into Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, except Kothamangalam Village. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
