ORDER

CRL OP(MD). No.4135 of 2025 the period of interim bail, the petitioner's father-in-law passed away. Therefore, he seeks an extension of interim bail.

2. Considering the present facts, the interim bail is extended till 09.12.2025. The petitioner shall surrender at 5.30 p.m. on 09.12.2025. The petitioner is also permitted to participate in and carry out the customary rites to be conducted at Myladumparai. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court tomorrow, i.e., on 05.12.2025. 04-12-2025 KSA Note : Issue a copy of order on 04.12.2025 To 1.The Intelligence Officer, Narcotics Control Bureau, Madurai Sub Zone, Madurai.
