ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records connected to the case in P.R.C.No.10/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai as against the petitioner who were charged for the offenses under Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is all about the seizure of 72 cm. sword from the accused persons and hence, the petition may be dismissed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the seizure of the sword was only from the 1st accused and the petitioner is only the person who gave lift 2nd accused and sought for the indulgence of this Court to quash the case.

4. However, I do not find any merit in the petitioner's case. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
