Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Adcocate (Crl. Side) Prayer: To modify the order made in Crl.MP.No.1848 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, Karur District dated 14.11.2025 in so far as condition No.(a) is concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1848 of 2025 , dated 14.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that four previous cases are pending against the petitioner and that the trial is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.1848 of 2025 , dated 14.11.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at about 10.30a.m., until further orders and shall attend all hearing dates without fail until the completion of the case.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
