PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.11.2025, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondent 4 and 5 in accordance with law. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.11.2025, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondent 4 and 5 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2025, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.307 of 2025 and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed 2/4

with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court and to proceed as per the law after obtaining the copy of the closure report. There shall be no order as to costs.
