ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action against the third respondent for the alleged continuous harassment, with an intention to extract money from the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 submitted in person, within a stipulated time.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
