ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.20144 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 20 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 20 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.20144 of 2025 on 14.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.20144 of 2025 on 14.11.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 10-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, Manur Police Station Tirunelveli District.
