PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to conduct survey and install the survey stone in the petitioner land in Survey No.236/1A in an extend of 0.35.0 ares(9 cents) at Mandaikadu Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District and also protect the petitioner life and limb of the property.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to conduct survey and install the survey stone in the petitioner land in Survey No.236/1A in an extend of 0.35.0 ares(9 cents) at Mandaikadu Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District and also protect the petitioner life and limb of the property.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the fourth respondent has already 2/6

submitted a request letter to the third respondent to provide police protection to survey the land in Survey No.236/1A. The said request was considered and the date was fixed as 24.11.2025 to survey the land, however, the parties did not co-operate with the survey.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh request indicating the date of survey to the third respondent, if any fresh request is received from the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and provide police protection as per law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
