Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. This is the fourth round of litigation. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner had fairly enclosed all the earlier orders passed by this very Bench. In view of the order dated 18.09.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.25778 of 2025 and the order dated 07.08.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.21213 of 2025, the question of passing any further direction for conducting survey does not arise at all. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
