This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to investigate the case in Cr.No.1 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police registered by the 2nd respondent police in crime no/196 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.542 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
