Ramanathapuram District) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as the Village Administrative Officer in the Kadamangalam Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, as well as conduct detailed enquiry against the illegalities and initiate further necessary action for protecting the administrative fairness based on the representations/complaints of the petitioner to the respondents and the law enforcement agencies dated 21.11.2025, in accordance with law and as per the directions of this Court.
