ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation the case in Crime No.373 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 on the file of the third respondent Police and entrust the same to any other competent officer for fair and free investigation, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant. He further submitted that the case is all about the threat, which is being faced by the defacto complainant from the accused person, who is alleged to be roaming with dangerous weapons particularly Aruval. Despite registering the FIR, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition came to be filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that the FIR itself is registered on 25.10.2025 and the investigation is in progress.

4.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent from time to time. The 3rd respondent is directed to apprise the progress of the investigation every weekend to the 1st respondent and the 3rd respondent is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of three months from today.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
