(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The writ petition is filed under the guise of Public Interest Litigation alleging that there is an encroachment in Old S.No.249, New Survey Nos.1184/19, 20, 21 of Kathanadappu, Pappankulam Post, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents states that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2025 had been duly considered and it is found that there is no encroachment in the subject properties as alleged in the representation.

3.The second respondent is hereby directed to inform the petitioner about the disposal of his representation. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
