This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for speedy disposal of petitioner's petition dated 14.11.2025 to issue a patta for Survey No.244/2, 427/12B, 430/3, 432/2, 435/5, 436/2B, 438/1, 438/4439/4A, 443/1A, 450/1A458/5, 458/8, 459/10 and 462/3 Naranamangalam revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluka, Ramanathapuram within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 14.11.2025 to the respondents for issuance of patta for the petitioner's land. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
