ORDER : This Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (C) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Cr.No.219 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 15.07.2024.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were in illegal possession of 21.600 kgs of ganja. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she is falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in judicial custody for more than one year. Hence, he seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2/4

respondent opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. The reasons stated in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16730 of 2025 is also applicable to this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application.

6. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
