Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition stands allowed.

2.The petitioner is directed to take substituted service to the 2nd respondent by way of paper publication in one edition of Malai Malar, having circulation in Tiruchirappalli District, indicating the date of hearing as 19.01.2026. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 20.12.2025.
