ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to assign guideline value for S.F.No.19/2A3 of Vaiyampatty Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, enter the same in the online portal of the Tamilnadu Registration Department, register the petitioner's sale deed dated 27.09.2025, return the same in accordance with law, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the property in S.F.No.19/2A3 from his vendor vide sale deed dated 01.02.2018. The said property was originally Page No.2 of 5

assigned to one Sivapackiyam in 1994 and on her death, her husband settled the property in the year 2014 to his daughter Sudha Nandhini, from whom, the petitioner purchased the property in 2018. Now the petitioner intends to sell the portion of the property and presented the document before the 5th respondent, who kept the document pending citing the reason that there was no such Survey No.19/2A3 in the online guideline register. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that within a period of twelve weeks, the authority concerned will fix the guideline value for the subject property.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to fix the guideline value for the subject property within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
