Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay of 2159 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "DT SIDDHA MED OFFICER CCRI PKM, A/c No. 10767823177, IFSC Code : SBIN0000898, MICR Code : 625002601 Bank : SBI Periyakulam, within a period of two (2) days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
