These Criminal Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.3772 & 3761 of 2025 in Crl.A.Nos.188 & 189 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, dated 13.11.2025 & 14.11.2025 respectively. 3.When the matters were taken up for hearing, Mr.Kannan Gurusami, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, was informed that the challenge in the revision petitions are to interlocutory/revisable orders passed by the trial court, and therefore, it may not be appropriate to invoke the revisional jurisdiction under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner would then seek liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., and the revision petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petitions and seeks to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of these Criminal Revision Petitions.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, these Criminal Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. Index :Yes / No 10.12.2025 Internet :Yes / No NCC :Yes / No gvn Note :

i) Issue order copy on 11.12.2025.
