PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 4 to ensure the Cart Track Pathway from Muthalagupatti to Ukkuvarpatti in Survey No.876 situated at Kottanatham, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025 and for other reliefs.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The petitioner herein making allegations that the public pathway had been encroached by the private respondents herein, had given a representation to the authorities on 02.12.2025 and has immediately approached this Court seeking a mandamus to consider his representation.

2.From the Court seal, we find that the writ petition is filed on 04.12.2025, even without proof of service of the alleged representation. 2/4

Hence, we dismiss this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner herein to approach this Court after 30 days from the service of representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
